PO Desk — SMS Opt-In & Program Terms

This page documents how recipients give consent to receive text messages from Blue Claw Group's PO Desk program at (866) 384-3804, and the program's terms.

Who receives messages

PO Desk is an internal purchase-order service for Blue Claw Group employees and contractors only. It sends purchase-order prompts and confirmations. It never sends marketing, and never messages the general public or customers.

How opt-in works (consent flow)

  1. The employee initiates: every conversation begins with the employee texting our number first (e.g., P to start a purchase order). No one ever receives a message without texting us first.
  2. Disclosure on first contact: the very first reply delivers the full program disclosure — program name, consent statement, message frequency, "message & data rates may apply," and HELP/STOP instructions (see the actual exchange below).
  3. Continuing = consent: the employee proceeds only if they wish; texting the number and continuing the exchange constitutes consent. Employees are also informed of the program during onboarding.
  4. Revocable any time: replying STOP immediately opts the user out; HELP returns assistance information.

Message types & frequency

Two-way, menu-driven prompts to log a purchase (company, vendor, job, amount) ending with a purchase-order number confirmation. Frequency varies with how often the employee submits purchase orders.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on the recipient's mobile carrier and plan.

Privacy
